The Fortuneswell Cancer Trust are delighted to announce that this year’s ‘Swingtime in the Park’ event at the Borough Gardens in Dorchester raised over £ 3,500.
This is by far the most amount of money that ‘Swingtime’ has ever made and we are very grateful to everyone who attended as well as to all those who worked so hard on a very hot day to make this such a memorable and successful event. Our special thanks go to the Bridport Big Band, the Moonlight Swing Band and Dr Jazz for their musical contributions, all those who donated prizes for the raffle, the reflexologists and the classic car owners.
We are already looking forward to, and planning for, next year.
